Band bios are boring. They are useless pieces of clap-trap used by record companies to squeeze that last few dollars from the overtaxed wallets of ignorant pre-teens who haven’t figured out how to use limewire

The Album

it’s really the same story you’ve all heard before. a fantastic, influential band breaks up. within a few months some members realize they don’t want any other life besides touring and writing. they then decide, heck let’s do this again! this is the case with the casting out.

nathan gray, former vocalist for boy sets fire, decided he still wanted to create and dragged his friends into it with him. with help from chad istvan (former guitarist and song writer for boy sets fire) grabbing the production reigns we are proud to announce the casting out’s second full length release. with all of the heavy and melodic moments they paved the hardcore genre with years prior they have now added the catchiness of the bands they loved growing up. citing artists like the jam and elvis costello to the replacements and husker du the casting out are once again creating a new level to the genre of heavy, yet catchy music.
